Love him just as much for over 45 years. He has been the greatest adopted Dad and neighbor seems like forever. I will never ever tire of one of the greatest musicians ever. Love to you all.
Hello Dear Friend, found this website and was so glad.
Beckie and I think about you and our family always relives the wonderful times we spent with you and Lucy. Hope you are both doing well and are happy. We live on Pine Island in Fl. Beckie had 2 major heart attacks almost 2 years ago. She is just plain lucky to be here. Luckily, no heart damage but 2 stents. Me, other than the normal aches and pains of a soon to be 68 yr. old all is good. Our very best to you and thank you for all the wonderful memories we have shared.
Hello Andy: I’ve seen you many times at the Lounge in Allentown when Charlie owned the place. He’s gone now and so is the Lounge and you went on to bigger things. Good for you! I loved it when you let Harry Snyder sit in. I worked with him often until his strike, however, he went on to play with King Henry in the Poconos and is still alive and well. I’d love to see your new band when you play in the Lehigh Valley again.
Dave Young….bass player!

Hey Andy! So glad to see you’re still around and blowing. The good old days at the Sheraton-Flint will always be fond memories for me. You and Frankie were the best. Funny, last month my sister found one of your old 8-tracks in a buffet that belonged to my parents, Joyice and Harry. Guess it’s been in there all these years!
Anyway, I think of you whenever I hear “MacArthur Park,” Let Me Try Again,” anything by the Dorseys and of course any and all trumpet solos.
Hope Lucy is well. My best to both of you.
Susie
